If teachers follow the pacing outlined in the Teacher’s Guide, they will finish the Lime Sefer in approximately 50 days.
It’s important to note that this does not mean the program is finished in 50 days. Instead, completing the Lime Sefer marks a transition point in instruction.
Next Steps After Finishing the Sefer
Once the sefer is complete and students have been assessed, the school will determine the next instructional focus:
- Option 1: Continue Targeting Fluency
Move forward with Fluency Level 2, helping students strengthen accuracy, speed, and automaticity. - Option 2: Introduce a New Skill
Begin teaching the Tenuah Ketana/Gedolah unit, giving students exposure to new rules and structures.
