Resending Invitations

Sending Invitations

When you add a teacher or parent, they automatically receive an invitation to join. Upon clicking the link, all they need to do is set their password, and they’re ready to proceed! Once a teacher or parent accepts the invitation and logs into the app, there’s no need to resend it. If a teacher or parent requests access after accepting the invitation and setting up their password, you can simply provide them with this link to log in again: https://app.alephbeis.org/login.

However, some teachers or parents may not click on the invitation when initially invited to the app. If the inivtation isn’t accepted, they won’t be able to log in. In such cases, you can resend the invitation at any point during the year.

Resending Staff Invitations

  1. Navigate to Admin > Staff > Select Staff Member
  2. Select Resend Invitation

Resending Parent Invitations

  1. Navigate to Admin > Parents > Select Parent
  2. Select Resend Invitation
