Feel free to add as many staff members as needed to the Learning Portal. Adding staff comes at no extra cost; the pricing is solely based on the number of students.

Step 1 – Info
- User information
- Start by entering the user’s email. If they already have an Alephbeis account, their details will magically appear! Otherwise, just fill in the information manually.
- Email address is only required if you choose to provide the user with Learning Portal access (see below)

- Learning Portal Access
- Typically the school will allow the user to have access to the Learning Portal. This will enable the user to have access to all the resources.
- Why would a school add a teacher without giving access to the Learning Portal? Sometimes a teacher is only added to assign them as a teacher for a class, without the intention of them using the Learning Portal. In such cases, you can select “No” for Learning Portal access.
