Simply input their information into your school’s account, allowing for convenient organization and access to student data for all involved parties, whether it’s the teacher, tutor, school support staff, or parents.
However, if the students you tutor do not have an active subscription, you’ll need to create a separate account for them and cover the subscription cost. Most tutors opt to include the subscription fee in their charges to the parents. Many parents are not only willing to pay this fee, but are happy to have this opportunity to access both the materials on the website as well as the testing/reporting information, enabling them to support their child’s learning at home.

Encourage parents to utilize the Learning Portal’s configurable flashcards on a daily basis to provide targeted practice opportunities, reinforcing the skills covered in tutoring sessions.

Answer: Absolutely! Parents have the option for paying for their child’s Alephbeis Learning Portal subscription via Zelle. Payments can be sent via Zelle to [email protected]. Please be sure to include the name of the tutor in the subject line of the payment. This will help us ensure the payment is properly linked to the student and their tutor.
Once we receive the payment, we’ll update your subscription to reflect the additional student and they’ll be ready to access the Learning Portal!
Question: Will parents automatically receive an email invitation to access the Alephbeis Learning Portal?
Answer: Yes, parents will be sent an invitation email automatically once you add them to the system. However, sometimes these emails can get lost in spam folders. Here are a couple of things you can do:
- Double-check the email address: Make sure you have entered the correct email address for each parent.
- Advise parents to check spam: Let parents know to expect an invitation email and suggest they check their spam folder if they don’t see it in their inbox.

Question: My tutoring students change frequently. Can I use the 10-student subscription for 10 revolving students?
Answer: No. The subscription price is per individual student. If a student no longer needs support, their subscription cannot be transferred to another student. The longer a student uses it, the more value they gain, but it cannot be passed on, regardless of usage duration.
